My role

As Head of Product, I was responsible for defining Jundo's market positioning, analyzing competitive benchmarks, and outlining a product vision that would differentiate the platform on both national and international levels. This included shaping a user experience tailored to the expectations of modern digital readers, while balancing the needs of both the subscription and e-commerce components.

In parallel, I led the overall improvement of the Jundo ecosystem, working closely with design and development teams to optimize user flows, increase subscriber engagement, and maximize the transactional value generated through physical product sales. My role also involved setting up a scalable foundation to support future business models and continuous platform evolution.

I conducted a detailed review of the existing ecosystem, mapping UX/UI issues, identifying critical friction points across both subscription and e-commerce flows, and preparing a prioritized list of improvement areas.

Through in-depth market analysis, I compared Jundo's positioning against major global and national players in digital entertainment, identifying key differentiators and growth opportunities.
