As Lead UI Designer and Design System Administrator, I focused on creating accessible, clear, and efficient components, even when handling large volumes of data.
My role included optimizing product navigation to ensure timely interventions and maintaining high usability standards. I worked closely across UX, Product, and Technical teams to align objectives, streamline collaboration, and support an agile, data-driven design process.
Operational Requirements Analysis:
We collected direct feedback from gaming account operators to understand real operational needs, defining critical priorities for everyday activities.
As-Is Process Study:
We analyzed existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and key areas for improvement within daily operator actions.
UX Collaboration and Pattern Definition:
Through direct collaboration with the UX team, we defined UX patterns optimized to support quick decision-making and minimize cognitive load in complex operational environments.
Design System Development:
We built a modular, highly scalable component library tailored for data-heavy interfaces, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and seamless cross-flow integration.
Zeroheight Documentation:
Every component, pattern, and rule was documented with detailed operational guidelines, facilitating product scalability and enabling rapid onboarding for new team members.
UX/UI Flows Implementation:
We constructed fast, intuitive user journeys designed to efficiently navigate massive volumes of operational data.
Focus Group Testing:
Interactive prototypes were tested with real operators in simulated daily work sessions, validating functionality, ergonomics, and interface responsiveness.
Improvements and Final Delivery:
Collected feedback was rapidly integrated to refine the UX, fix critical issues, and finalize the system before the official project handover.
